Why?

Why does every property I'm interested in buying, I always get competition from other buyers? *sigh* Back to square one.

Got into a car accident today. Very minor. I ran into the car in front of me at a zebra crossing. He didn't even get a scratch and just drove on. I was slightly dented by his bullbar. I really gotta be more careful on the roads.
